A life-size elephant dummy made of confiscated bare wire snares was unveiled as a mascot for the campaign against ivory trade in Nairobi, capital of Kenya. This iron elephant will be sent as an unusual envoy to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) scheduled to be held next June in The Hague, the Netherlands.
