The newly upgraded TakaraTomy tortoises Rhythmbits able to walk around your desk and respond to sound.
They feature exchangeable shells and they respond to your voice. They turn and dance to music and respond to your voice with whistling.
It does this all with a gramophone shaped receiver that analyzes the sound and then guides the robo-turtle wirelessly via infrared.
TakaraTomy Rhythmbits go on sale in Japan from October 2nd for 1575 Yen ($14).
