World Waffle Eating Championship

World's finest speed eaters compete in the Waffle House World Waffle Eating Championship.

With the crowd cheering, in the last minutes of the contest, only two reminded. Pat "Deep Dish" Bertoletti and last year's winner Joey "Jaws" Chestnut continued on their mission.

When the ten minutes were finally up, the Major League World Waffle Eating Champion had eaten a little more than 29 waffles. Bertoletti won the contest by just half a waffle.

He took home $3,500. Each waffle Bertoletti ate earned him $120.
