HTC Unveils S740 Smartphone

HTC has launched the S740 smartphone with a standard 12-keys keypad design as well as a sliding QWERTY keyboard. The S740 has a 2.4-inch QVGA display, a 3.2MP camera, 7.2Mbps HSDPA data, GPS navigation, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity and microSD card slot. Measuring 116.3 x 43.4 x 16.3mm and weighing 140g, the HTC S740 will be available in Europe by September 2008. No information on pricing.
